Biography:

Olatorera Oniru is a progressive leader with a strong passion for sustainable developments & greater humanity. Over the years, she has been a strategic investor, trailblazing executive and global business development expert leveraging social, educational and professional strength to drive continuous growth for domestic and international stakeholders.

In 2018, she was recognised as One of Top 7 Women Who Has Made Their Mark On E-Commerce, as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dressmeoutlet.com, a Forbes listed company sold in 2021 that retailed the highest-quality fashion, beauty, fine jewelry, home and art products from Africa to the world.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, finance, technology, global trade and consulting,her career developed from Sodexho, to General Electric, to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, to The Central Bank of Nigeria, to Lars Magnus Ericsson where she traveled the world working as Global Consultant and later as Head of Sales Governance. She is currently President of The Office of Princess Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru where she takes on roles as Independent Board Member, Keynote Speaker, TV Judge, Expert Advisor et al to partner companies and institutions.

Olatorera has a scholarship-based Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Emory University and Executive Leadership Certificates from Harvard University, Stockholm School of Economics and International Institute for Management Development (IMD).

Her list of awards include Commonwealth Africa Award, HRM Ooni Royal African Award, Queen Moremi Leadership Award, PAN Most Courageous Woman Award and World Leadership Congress Award. Keynote speeches include events such as AfricaCom, Seamless Africa, Women in Leadership Dubai, Toronto Global Economic Forum and Youth Connekt Rwanda.
