How Did Fayemi Prevail At Ekiti Governorship Election Tribunal?

Kayode Fayemi contested the election on the platform of the All Progressive Congress(APC), and his victory was questioned by Olusola Eleka of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP). Olusola filed a petition against him, alleging series of election malpractices and irregularities.

On Monday 25th January, The Ekiti State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja ruled that Fayemi is the duly elected Governor of the State.
