Why are u people treating your customers the way u treating me. My order of December 12th is yet to be delivered. I called your customer care line yesterday as usual and the lady (Grace) that spoke with me promised heaven and earth to revert on the status of my order or refund my money but just like every other representatives I have spoken with she never did. Jumia is building a brand on a wrong premises. Ignoring your customers request after you have taken their money and lying to them at will has never been a good way of building and sustaining a good brand. Please return my money
I am here to express my disappointment in this company. My team and I purchased a gas cooker (with oven) for our boss as her wedding gift. She didn’t unwrap her gift until after honeymoon only to find out that the cooker was dented and bad. A call was put through to your customer care giving an option of fixing or replacing only for me to be told of one stupid policy that exist. I believe you go extra mile sometimes to fix issues. That gas was not bought for 10k or 20k. I will never use my money to buy anything from you guys and trust me if you continue like this, you’ll loose alot of customers.I will continue to bombard this page so the whole world will how poor you are in terms of service.
