She is additionally dedicated to greater Nigeria and is incorruptible about increasing the standard of living with no citizen left behind.Her leadership career developed from General Electric to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, to the Central Bank of Nigeria to Lars Magnus Ericsson where she traveled the world working as Global Consultant and later as Head of Sales Governance.

Her list of awards include Commonwealth Africa Award, HRM OONI Royal African Award, Queen Moremi Leadership Award, PAN Most Courageous Woman Award and World Leadership Congress Award.
