Ever since the economic lockdown and subsequent events such as the #EndSARS protest that ended on October 20th, 2020, the leading APC (All Progressives Congress) party in Nigeria has been fraught with significant criticism, corruption scandals and internal turmoil. The opposition PDP (People’s Democratic Party) Party has vowed to win the trust of the population who have lost significant trust in Government officials. There are few leaders who continue to work and push endlessly for the Development and growth of the nation. These are leaders who continue to proactively and positively interfere in unfair, corrupt practices inclusive of human rights abuses, abuse of power and extreme corruption. These 3 leaders should be commended for standing out, standing uprightly and standing progressively. They’re not in anyway liberated of corrupt practices themselves but they’re slightly better than the rest, of which the masses of the nation have little trust and faith in.
