Kogi West Senate representative, Dino Melaye, finally speaks up after he jumped out of a police vehicle being used to transport him to court in Kogi state on Tuesday. The Senator in his tweets on Wednesday night, mentioned that he is being denied access to his lawyers, family and food. He is currently in the intensive care unit at National Hospital Abuja receiving treatment for the injuries sustained in his attempt to evade prosecution.
The senator also mentioned in his tweets that some of his relatives, his driver and one of his lawyers who were arrested by the police since Monday are still being detained.
