On today’s show, we would explore the Reversal of cancer. What are the best preventative, conventional and alternative treatments?
There’s heart disease and then there’s cancer on the list of the leading causes of deaths worldwide. Cancer is a health disaster that significantly reduces the quality of life of those affected. With an annual global count of over 10 million people unable to reverse this deadly disease, it is interesting to note that over 50% of all cancers worldwide are actually preventable. Smoking leads to lung cancer. Artificial or excessive skin tanning, lightening or darkening leads to skin cancer. Unhealthy eating, excessive weight gain, excessive alcohol consumption, inactive sedentary lifestyle and mental stress contribute to many cancers that lead to death.
Preventation is the most effective and most affordable form of derailing cancer and enjoying better health. Early detection with smart treatment is the next best form of surviving cancer and thus, constant global awareness, as with today’s show, is important. The United Nations’ Human Development Index, HDI, measures our health- through life expectancy, our level of education, and our standard of living, which combined with factors such as genetics, national policies, insecurity and inequality, encompass additional determinants of cancer risk. Annually, over 1 trillion dollars is lost to the economic cost of the inability to prevent or treat cancers worldwide.
Preventation is the best guard against cancer. Avoid all avoidable causes of cancer. Eat healthy, be fit, stay happy, avoid substances, love healthily, help others and take calm steps to live your best life every single day. Healthy living and greater widespread humanity are important keys to a better world today. Our world needs a much stronger dosage of healthy eating, pure drinking, intentional selfcare and genuine greater humanity.
