Speech On Feminism and the Rise of Women Supporting Women By Princess Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru

Today’s topic is Women Supporting Women. Ofcourse every gender needs support but today we focus on women who succeed from collaboration versus competition.

Historically, the political, economical and cultural structure of the world has been especially hard on women. Women have faced difficulties in breaking barriers and in finding a niche to thrive and excel. Today, women who have risen above limitations such as unequal pay, marital suppression and mental slavery, are collaborating, rather than competing, to support other women. Every human has the right to enjoy the highest attainable standard of education, financial freedom and physical and mental health, necessary to live a happy and fulfilling life. Powerful women who support and help other women, leave behind a very special legacy while portraying that segregation based on demographics has no basis in a progressive world.

Women today need support against unbalanced legal rights, life suppression, domestic violence and sexual harassment. Factors highly critical to women supporting women are first, increasing representation of qualified women in decision-making positions. Second, increasing access to highest quality education for every citizen. And third, increasing access to ownership of landed properties and financial assets. Empowered women empower others. Movements that support the rise of feminism also support an end to all forms of slavery and injustice. When a Woman, human or man excels, the world shines brighter.

Concluding Speech:

And now the final, final wrap up for today! We must all commit to fostering an environment where every human, regardless of gender, can attain the highest potentials possible as we continue to challenge societal norms to shape a better world. The key to a better world today is pushing our individual and collective dreams as progressively, ethically, and as humanely as possible. Our world needs a much stronger dosage of humane equality, healthy love and widespread happiness. My name is Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru and I love all things Greater Humanity.
