Jubril Aminu of Nigeria was a professor of Medicine at the University of Maiduguri Nigeria for over 15 years. Jubril Aminu was appointed Ambassador to the USA for Nigeria under President Olusegun Obasanjo’s leadership from 1999 to 2003. Prior to his appointment as ambassador to the USA, Jubril Aminu served Nigeria as Federal Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in the early 1990s. Jubril Aminu is from Adamawa state and supported the development of legislation in the national senate for 8 years from 2003 to 2011, representing the people of Adamawa Central.

If Jbril Aminu Al-Sudani of Sudan was indeed cloned into Muhammadu Buhari then the political state of Nigeria with the current leaders deceiving the population is unbelievable.
