Image result for famfa towersFamfa Towers which is said to be the most expensive building in the whole of West Africa if not the whole of Africa is owned and currently being built by Africa’s richest woman and oil mogul Mrs Folorunsho Alakija of Famfa Oil Nigeria. The 22-floor edifice cost the billionaire oil mogul the huge sum of N60billion ($165million) and stands at a net worth of nearly $3billion.

The oil mogul and former fashion designer is said to be financing the whole project herself without any loans from any bank. With over N6 billion already invested into the one of a kind tower, it is currently being erected on Alfred Rewane Road in Ikoyi Lagos, one of the most expensive locations in Lagos state housing many prominent figures in Nigeria. The Tower will be used for commercial purposes but the last five floors are said to be reserved for Mrs Alakija’s personal use, while the rest will be rented out to individuals and companies who can certainly afford it.
