Re Brutal Mistreatment of Comfort Emmanson as seen in viral videos circulating Whatsapp and Twitter.

This is a horrific and inhumane way to treat any customer. Every passenger deserves dignity and respect when boarding and disembarking a flight. No exceptions.Your press release reads as blatantly one-sided, and it is clear you have no intention of disciplining or retraining staff on basic customer service and human decency.

To those mocking her: what we likely did not see in the videos is the provocation, rude treatment, mistreatment, and humiliation that led to her visible anger. She was then further brutalized, of which we saw.In the footage, a staff member deliberately pulled up her top to expose her breasts while she was being dragged. This is a gross violation of her dignity and rights. No mention of this in Ibom Air’s statement. Has that staff member been sanctioned? If not, why?
I hate to repost this video. It’s heartbreaking. No sane society should treat humans this way. Change must start with restoring sanity and accountability in our nation’s leadership, from the very top down.
