Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has come under fire for alleged misconduct. There was a disagreement between the Lagos State House of Assembly and the State Executive Council on Monday which degenerated to the legislative arm threatening to impeach the State Governor.

The Lagos State House of Assembly has given Akinwunmi Ambode seven days ultimatum and the opportunity to defend the allegations before the house decides on the proposed impeachment against him.
