In spite of the new world we live in today, some unique tribes around the globe still embrace and practice their peculiar cultures. Here are 5 unique cultures around the world:

1. The Himba Of Namibia

The Himba people live in Namibia, they are mostly from the west part of the country. They are about 20,000 to 50,000 people. They are a semi-nomadic, pastoral people who breed cattle and goats. Women tend to perform more labor-intensive work than men do, such as carrying water to the village, building homes and milking cows. Men handle the political tasks and legal trials.

2. Apatani Of North-East India

The tribe is known for their colorful culture with various festivals, intricate handloom designs, skills in cane and bamboo crafts, and vibrant traditional village councils called bulyañ.

3. Akah Of Laos
