Who Are The 15 Nigerian Senators Who Fled From APC To PDP In 2018?

Nigerian Senators have constituted one of the most controversial groups of government overtime in the country. Nigerian senators include men who have been accused of financial and drugs-related crimes. Nigerian senators in 2018 included Buruji Kashamu and Hope Uzodinma. In 2018, it was reported early on the 24th of July that 15 Senators had officially decamped from the All Progressives Congress (APC) political party to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) political party. This was announced by the Senate president, Bukola Saraki on the floor of the Senate. It was further gathered that the Senate President was initially blocked by pre-arranged policemen from entering into the plenary session, before he proceeded to sneak into the building using a dilapidated vehicle. With the rise in number of new senators in the PDP, the party now holds the majority of seats in the upper legislative chamber.
